Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of MobLab Education , there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for MobLab Education:

  1. Game visualizations and results charts: Some charts and game visualizations may not be fully compatible with screen readers or keyboard-only navigation. Users relying on assistive technologies may experience difficulties interpreting certain graphs or interactive elements. because The current charting libraries and interactive visual components are primarily designed for visual presentation and do not yet provide full semantic markup or text-based alternatives.. We are working with Deque, a third-party accessibility solutions provider, to review these components and align them with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Accessibility improvements for visualizations are included in our product roadmap (2025–2027).. Users who encounter accessibility issues may contact support@moblab.comfor assistance or request alternative formats (e.g., CSV data exports, summary tables)..
  2. Instructional videos and multimedia content: Some instructional videos or multimedia content may not include captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions. Users with hearing or visual impairments may have difficulty accessing the full content. because Not all legacy videos and resources were produced with accessibility features, and updates to include captions or transcripts are still in progress.. We are implementing a process to ensure all new videos include closed captions and transcripts, and we are working toward updating existing content to align with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.. Users who need accessible alternatives may contact support@moblab.comto request a transcript or accessible version of specific content..
